-
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling): As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel a contract for online purchases at any time within 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after you receive the Products. This is known as the "cooling-off period."
-
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period):
-
To cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel the Contract by a clear statement (e.g., an email to [Your Customer Service Email Address]).
-
You must then return the Products to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation.
-
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the Products.
-
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of any Products supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e., handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods).
-
-
Refunds (Cooling-Off Period): If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the full price paid for the Products, including the initial standard delivery cost (if any, excluding any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the Products back, or (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the Products.
-
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015):
-
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
-
If a Product you receive is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
-
After 30 days, you have a right to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, you may then be entitled to a price reduction or a final right to reject the goods for a refund.
-
In cases of faulty or misdescribed goods, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
-
-
